2. The service
3DPRINTWHAT helps you discover 3D models listed on third-party platforms. The site may display model titles, images, categories and popularity information, and link to original listings. We do not manufacture, print, sell, license or ship the models shown on the site.
3. Third-party models and links
Model content, prices, availability, download conditions and licenses are determined by the original platform or creator and may change. Before downloading, printing, sharing or using a model, check the source listing and its current license. A listing or link on 3DPRINTWHAT does not mean we own, endorse or guarantee the content.
Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy policies. Any transaction, download or print order you make on another website is between you and that provider.
4. Accounts, bookmarks and likes
You may create an account using an email address, username and password, or sign in with Google and choose a username on first sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. Signed-in users can save model bookmarks and select one of three like levels. These selections are associated with the user's account and synchronized so they can be restored on another device. On first sign-in, existing bookmarks and like levels stored in that browser are merged with the account; existing account values take priority if there is a conflict.
5. Treatstock referral link
3DPRINTWHAT provides a Treatstock referral link for visitors who want a print quote. We do not print or ship items; Treatstock handles its own services and orders. We may receive a commission on qualifying orders made through that link. This does not change the price unless Treatstock says otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful browsing. You must not disrupt or overload the service, bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized access, or collect content automatically in a way that harms the site or violates applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site available and information useful, but third-party listings and feeds can change. We cannot guarantee that every item, image, price, count or link is complete, accurate or continuously available. The site is provided subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Intellectual property
The 3DPRINTWHAT name, logo and original site design belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party model names, images and other materials remain subject to the rights and licenses of their creators or source platforms. These Terms do not grant permission to use those materials beyond what their rights holders allow.

We may change the site and these Terms as the service develops. The latest version and update date will be posted here. Continued use after an update takes effect indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
10. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union law. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected.
